Manda Stegall
Adult Literacy Coordinator
Manda Stegall is the Adult Literacy Program Coordinator here at CFLC. She spent the last 29 years in public education in North Carolina serving in a variety of roles, often focused around literacy, increased independence and autonomy for all learners. Manda is thrilled to join the Cape Fear Literacy Council and continue the mission of providing personalized education so adults can transform their lives and contribute to a stronger community.
Manda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from UNC Charlotte and Master of Arts degree in Adult Education from East Carolina University.
When Manda’s not at CFLC you might find her reading, cooking, relaxing next to water, traveling with her husband, or visiting their adult children.
