Delia Stanley
Digital Literacy Specialist
Delia is an artist, musician and creative consultant who moved to Wilmington from New York in 2015. Her work as a volunteer coordinator for other local non-profits such as the Cucalorus Film Foundation, combined with a passion for creative advocacy and education, led her to join the Cape Fear Literacy Council as the Digital Literacy Specialist in 2025.
When not recruiting volunteers and supporting community causes, you can find Delia playing music in Wilmington and surrounding areas, solo, with her Delia Stanley Duo, and with her full band, Delia & Friends. She’s also the proud parent of an amazing young son and a self-described “bird nerd” who enjoys identifying backyard species.
