2023 Fall Speaker Series: Adult Story Hour

This event series has concluded. Thanks to our special guest readers, our sponsor, Medina and Associates at Merrill, and partners: Pomegranate Books, WHQR Public Media, and Bill’s Brewing Company & Taproom!

Join us for this unique speaker series as some of our favorite North Carolina writers and entertainers read from literary works by authors they admire. Each presentation is followed by a Q&A with moderators from our event partner, WHQR Public Media. CFLC’s friends and supporters are invited to gather for great stories, libations, and fun!

  • Doors open at 5 p.m. The program begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends by 7 p.m.
  • Tickets are $20 per person, per event.
  • Each presentation is followed by Q&A with moderators from WHQR Public Media.
  • Proceeds from these events benefit CFLC’s adult education programs, keeping them free for our students.
