Jodi Council is the Program Assistant for the ESL and Adult Literacy programs at CFLC.
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been involved in some form of educational endeavor for over 25 years. She has taught for the public school system in elementary, middle, and high school levels. Before joining the CFLC staff, she was an Interventionist for grades K-5 where she concentrated on reading, comprehension, and math skills. Jodi has been involved in the community through the United Way and other organizations. She also taught dance for over 20 years to children and adults.
Jodi enjoys encouraging Adult Learners in the New Hanover and surrounding counties and assisting them in achieving their personal goals.
