The Parade Mile will take place at approximately 8:55a on April 9, 2016 immediately before the Azalea Festival Parade. ABOUT THE ‘RAISING THE ROOF’ BUILDING RENOVATION In early 2014, CFLC embarked on its “Raising the Roof” renovation to up-fit a building on the CFLC campus in order to provide educational services to significantly more adults in the Cape Fear region. Renovations were completed in the fall of 2014, expanding Cape Fear Literacy Council’s teaching facility by 75%, with an estimated cost of $200,000.
