Cape Fear Literacy Council’s annual Luncheon for Literacy is Tuesday, April 18, 2023, featuring author Celia Rivenbark as the guest speaker. The luncheon helps CFLC raise awareness of our region’s evolving literacy needs and provides crucial funds to support our educational programs.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

North Carolina native and columnist Celia Rivenbark has published seven collections of her comedic writings. A long-time friend of Cape Fear Literacy Council, Celia created the Spelling Bee fundraiser, a beloved event for 30 years.
