"Laissez les bons temps rouler …" Our 2008 Mardi Gras Gala & Bid for Literacy Auction was a wonderful event and a fundraising success. 

Mardi Gras Gala … a Wilmington tradition for over 20 years, Cape Fear Literacy Council's Mardi Gras themed charity auction is a fun-filled evening of glitz, glamour and good times! The festivities, held at the Coastline Convention Center, begin with a silent auction and heavy hors d'oeuvres, followed by the always lively Bid for Literacy vocal auction.
